My goal is to grow into a technical leadership role, such as a CTO or Lead Architect, and build scalable, high-performance systems in fintech and blockchain domains.

My motivation comes from my practical experience in backend development. I have worked on trading platforms, crypto integrations, and large-scale systems, starting as a junior developer and progressing to a mid-level role with responsibilities in architecture and mentoring. Through this journey, I became particularly interested in building complex systems and solving challenging technical problems. I have experience working with high-load environments, integrating payment systems, and designing backend logic for real-world products. Going forward, I want to deepen my expertise in system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization. I also aim to take on more responsibility in leading projects, mentoring engineers, and contributing to product and technical decision-making as a technical leader.
